RICHARD R. ALLARD (DICK) 67, of Foster City, CA, passed away July 25, 2003 at Hillsdale Manor. Born June 20, 1936 in West Warwick, Rhode Island and raised in Apponaug, Rhode Island. Survived by wife, Jean of 41 years; daughter, Deborah Spencer and her husband, Maurice of Elk Grove, CA; daughter, Regina Keeping and her husband, Michael of Carlsbad, CA; Grandchildren, Joshua and Emma Veprin, Nicholas and Danielle Spencer; Brother, Clem Allard of Springfield, Mass.; sisters, Noella Salas of Ocala, Florida, Rita Reinhardt of Warwick, Rhode Island and Claire Martin of Fort Kent, Maine. Richard served in the U.S. Airforce, stationed in Panama for 3 years. He was a prominent figure in Airline industry for over 40 years, including Pacific Airlines, Hughes Airwest, Republic, Western and retired from Delta Airlines. Richard was an active member of St. Luke's Catholic Church where he was 1st President and founding member of Men's Club and original member of Men's Singing Group. He was also a faithful child of God, loyal husband, proud father and a loving grandfather. Rosary, Sunday, 7 p.m., St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1111 Beach Park Blvd., Foster City. Funeral service Monday, 7 p.m. also at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Burial Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Skylawn Memorial. Donations, preferred to Kaiser Hospice, ATTN: Fran Koperniak, 110 Veterans Blvd., Redwood City, CA.
